I had a leaking valve connected to my hot water heater. Malcolm got right to work and efficiently fixed the issue by replacing the valve. Great service from start to finish.

The plumber was very assertive in resolving the issue. He did a great job with the repair and I was please with the outcome.

I was very disappointed was half hr late from the 4-6 window I was given and was here 20 minutes put a snake through and left saying no guarantees and charged me $621! I was told on phone $125 for visit but it would be waved if I got them to do job which apparently wasn’t and when I called the office to complain about price I was charged she told me I should of negotiated with him! Are you kidding me since when ? Never ever will I call this company again!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star for ripping their customers off!

I had a small job to repair a severed water line. They repaired the line and the work was good. I was pleased with the customer service I received but I found their prices to be way too high when compared with other companies. I called to get a further breakdown of the cost to see why the job was priced so high and was told management would give me a call back. After several days and no call, I called back and they told me that I should have spoke with the plumber regarding the price and that there is nothing they can do. The initial customer service was good and the job was done well but I would not recommend their service as I think it was way overpriced.
