Malcolm was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job repiping the pipes for our washer. He made sure to clean up afterwards as well. We were very happy with the service and being able to use the washer again. would definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed was half hr late from the 4-6 window I was given and was here 20 minutes put a snake through and left saying no guarantees and charged me $621! I was told on phone $125 for visit but it would be waved if I got them to do job which apparently wasn’t and when I called the office to complain about price I was charged she told me I should of negotiated with him! Are you kidding me since when ? Never ever will I call this company again!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star for ripping their customers off!

I had a small job to repair a severed water line. They repaired the line and the work was good. I was pleased with the customer service I received but I found their prices to be way too high when compared with other companies. I called to get a further breakdown of the cost to see why the job was priced so high and was told management would give me a call back. After several days and no call, I called back and they told me that I should have spoke with the plumber regarding the price and that there is nothing they can do. The initial customer service was good and the job was done well but I would not recommend their service as I think it was way overpriced.

This company installed my washing machine and dishwasher. They did such and good job, the service was fast and their prices are also very affordable. I would highly recommend them for your appliance installation.

The plumber was able to explain exactly what the issue was with our toilet, it kept running and we could not figure out what the issue was, had another plumber came in and he also could not figure out what the issue was but the plumber from plumber on demand came and figured it out in no time and was able to repair the issue. I highly recommend them for plumbing service.
