The plumber showed up late without even calling me to inform me that he was going to be late. He then told me that he had to order the part and that the job won’t be completed the same day. Days later I was still waiting for the cartridge replacement without any updates as to when the job would be completed. I had to be calling them. They are seriously lacking proper communication skills
