I had a faulty flange under my toilet that was causing a subsequent leak in my washroom. I contacted them on an urgent basis and they sent a technician out. He arrived in an hour and he was equipped with the tools and part required. He did the repair and I no longer had a leak. I was impressed with the service and appreciated that they could accommodate me on a short notice.

The technician was very knowledgeable, he paid great attention to detail and even highlighted a few other issues that we didn't know we had. The service was absoultely great overall.

I called this company for a cartridge replacement and got an appointment for the plumber to come out the same day. The plumber showed up late without even calling me to inform me that he was going to be late. He then told me that he had to order the part and that the job won’t be completed the same day. Days later I was still waiting for the cartridge replacement without any updates as to when the job would be completed. I had to be calling them. They are seriously lacking proper communication skills

This company was the quickest to respond to my emergency leak in my basement. The came and quickly assessed the issue, gave a quote and went right to work. I thank them for helping me out of that stressful plumbing situation.
