The plumber Kitchener Patel was great. Showed up on time, gave a clear understanding of what the issue was, fixed everything quickly, and cleaned up after before he left. If I ever run into a a plumbing emergency I'll be calling Plumber on demand Kitchener!!!

I had very prompt and efficient service in assessing the repairs to the radiators in my old house. The price is very reasonable.

I called to get a shower faucet that was streaming hot water and could not be turned off fixed at 10 pm. They could not come out until the morning.I received a call at 8 am saying someone would be out in an hour. Two hours later I had to call to find out what was happening. They could not make it, The repair person said "What can I do, I am busy with another job and could not make it for another two hours". There was no attempt to contact me to reschedule. I ended up cancelling and had to call another company. I suggest not to use this company in an emergency.
