A homeowner on Willowdale Avenue, North York, ON M2N 4Z9 initially contacted us for a full septic tank that needed pumping. Our plumber, Farhid, attended the property to assess the issue and determined that the actual problem was a blocked main drain.

Farhid attempted to unclog the main drain using a professional drain snake, but the equipment could not advance more than approximately 50 feet, indicating a deeper obstruction. A camera inspection of the main drain was then performed, revealing a collapsed pipe that was preventing proper drainage.

If you’re experiencing repeated drain backups, slow drainage, clogged main drains, or suspected sewer pipe damage in North York, don’t wait for the problem to worsen.
