Whether you are finishing a basement, updating a kitchen or adding a new appliance, the plumbing needs to be installed properly the first time. Plumber On Demand installs fixtures, appliances and new water and drain lines across Ontario, done to code and tested before we leave.

Installed to code

New plumbing must meet the Ontario Building Code, and larger projects such as new bathrooms or significant changes to drain and vent piping usually need a permit and inspection. We let you know what your project needs and build it so it passes inspection and lasts.

Renovations and basement finishes

Plumbing is easiest to get right before walls and floors are closed in. If you are planning a renovation, we can rough in water, drain and vent lines at the right stage, then return to set fixtures when the finishes are done.

Appliance hook-ups done properly

A poorly connected dishwasher or fridge line is a common source of slow leaks. We use the right fittings, add shutoff valves where they are missing and test every connection. For water heater replacements, see our water heater service page.
