The plumber arrived during the scheduled time frame. He first assessed the toilet and provided two options to resolve the issue. The toilet was old so I decided to just have it replaced. After approving the quote which was quite reasonable, The plumber went out and got the new toilet then came back the very same day to do the install. He did a very good job with the replacement and I was impressed by him cleaning in between the job. Fantastic service throughout.
